Like many arts organizations, the Moramus Chorale depends on the contributions of its patrons to provide great musical experiences. The Moramus Chorale, a completely volunteer organization, does not receive monetary support from any source other than generous donations of our friends and supporters. The staff of the Moramus Chorale work on a volunteer basis as well, meaning your donation goes directly to financing the performances you enjoy!

If you would like to make a donation to specifically sponsor an event or instrumentalist participating in an event, we welcome that. Donors who sponsor performances or instrumentalists are asked to make a minimum donation in order to have an acknowledgement printed in our concert programs. Minimum donations vary depending on the performance and type of repertoire being presented. We encourage our patrons to sponsor events or musicians in honor or in memory of a loved one.

Members wishing to send smaller donations as simple “thinking of you” gifts are welcomed and encouraged to do so. The Moravian Music Foundation, in its newsletters, periodically acknowledges all who make donations of any amount.

All contributions to the Chorale are tax-deductible, and your check should be made payable to The Moravian Music Foundation, and you must put “Moramus” in the memo line for us to receive your contribution!
